Shopify Store Shipping Policy & Legal Disclaimer
Welcome to our Shopify store! To help you clearly understand the relevant rules for order delivery, reduce communication costs and avoid misunderstandings, we have formulated this shipping policy. This policy covers core contents such as delivery scope, shipping fee standards, order processing time, logistics tracking, and handling of abnormal situations. All orders default to following the terms of this policy, and placing an order means you have read and agreed to all contents of this policy and the attached legal disclaimer.
I. Order Processing Time
1. Our order processing time is 1-3 business days (excluding weekends, statutory holidays and platform holidays). Order processing includes order review, product sorting, packaging, and docking with logistics service providers.
2. The daily order cut-off time is 17:00 Beijing Time. Orders submitted after 17:00 will be processed on the next business day; orders submitted on weekends and statutory holidays will start to be processed on the first business day after the holiday.
3. If the order contains pre-sale products or customized products, the processing time will be subject to the indication on the product detail page, usually 3-7 business days. For details, please consult online customer service for confirmation.
II. Delivery Scope and Logistics Service Providers
1. Delivery Scope: Currently, we support delivery to most countries and regions around the world. The specific deliverable countries/regions are subject to the display on the checkout page; some remote areas (such as remote islands, war-torn areas, and areas restricted by international logistics) are not supported for the time being. If you receive a "cannot deliver" prompt when placing an order, please contact customer service for alternative solutions.
2. Logistics Service Providers: According to different delivery destinations, we will select appropriate logistics service providers, including but not limited to USPS, DHL, FedEx, UPS, China Post International Express and local high-quality logistics partners, to ensure that packages are delivered safely and efficiently.
3. Special Note: PO Box addresses are not supported for delivery for the time being. If you fill in such an address, it may cause the order to be undeliverable. We will contact you to modify the address, and we apologize for any delay caused thereby.
III. Shipping Fee Standards
We provide a variety of shipping fee calculation methods, and the specific shipping fee amount is subject to the display on the checkout page. The core rules are as follows:
1. Free Shipping Policy: When the order amount reaches the specified threshold (the specific threshold is subject to the announcement on the store's homepage or the indication on the product detail page), you can enjoy free shipping service for the corresponding delivery area. Free shipping only covers basic delivery fees, excluding special fees such as expedited delivery and remote area surcharges.
2. Fixed Shipping Fee: For orders that do not meet the free shipping threshold, a fixed shipping fee will be charged according to the delivery destination. The specific amount can be queried in real time on the checkout page; for some products with large weight or volume, an additional overweight/over-sized surcharge may be charged, which will be settled together with the order.
3. Expedited Shipping Fee: If you need expedited delivery, you can choose expedited delivery service (such as next-day delivery, two-day delivery) during checkout. The expedited shipping fee will be calculated separately according to the delivery distance, package weight and the charging standard of the logistics service provider. The specific time limit and fee are subject to the display on the page.
4. Shipping Fee Undertaking Instructions: The basic shipping fee and expedited shipping fee are borne by the buyer by default; if the secondary delivery is caused by our mistakes (such as wrong delivery or missing delivery of products), the shipping fee will be borne by us.
IV. Delivery Time
The delivery time is calculated from the time the order is processed and the package is collected by the logistics service provider. The specific time limit varies according to the delivery destination and logistics method, as follows (excluding order processing time):
1. Domestic Delivery (such as the contiguous United States, Canada): The basic delivery time is 3-7 business days; the expedited delivery time is 1-3 business days.
2. International Delivery (cross-border delivery): The basic delivery time is 7-15 business days; the delivery time for remote areas is 15-30 business days; the expedited delivery time is 3-7 business days.
3. Time Limit Description: The above time limits are for reference only. The actual delivery time may be delayed due to logistics peak periods, customs clearance, weather, force majeure and other factors. We will try our best to coordinate with logistics service providers to ensure that packages are delivered as soon as possible, but we do not promise a specific delivery time.
V. Logistics Tracking
1. After the order is processed and the package is collected by the logistics service provider, we will send you the logistics tracking number and tracking link via email. You can also log in to the Shopify store backend and query the logistics status of the corresponding order in "My Orders".
2. You can view the real-time transportation track of the package through the tracking link. If the logistics status is not updated for more than 3 business days or shows "abnormal", please contact our online customer service in a timely manner, and we will assist you in querying the package status.
3. The customs clearance information of international orders can be queried through the tracking page of the corresponding logistics service provider. The customs clearance time is usually 1-3 business days, which is subject to the processing speed of the local customs.
VI. Handling of Abnormal Situations
1. Package Delay: If the package is not delivered within the reference time limit and the logistics status is not updated for more than 5 business days, you can contact customer service to apply for inquiry. We will communicate and verify with the logistics service provider. If the logistics delay is confirmed, we will provide you with a corresponding solution (such as extending the after-sales time limit, compensating coupons, etc.).
2. Package Loss: If the logistics tracking shows that the package has been collected but not delivered for more than 30 business days, and the package loss is confirmed by us and the logistics service provider, we will provide you with two solutions: ① Full refund (including product amount and shipping fee); ② Free re-delivery of the same product (if the product is in stock), you can choose either one.
3. Damaged/Wrong/Missing Package: If you find that the product is damaged, wrong or missing after receiving the package, please take clear photos of the package outer packaging, damaged product and order detail page within 48 hours after signing for receipt, and contact online customer service for verification. We will provide you with solutions such as refund, re-delivery and exchange according to the situation, and the resulting shipping fee will be borne by us.
4. Wrong Address: If the package cannot be delivered or is returned due to the wrong or incomplete delivery address filled in by you, the resulting return shipping fee and secondary delivery fee will be borne by you; if you no longer need the product after the package is returned, we will process the refund of the remaining amount after deducting the return shipping fee.
VII. Customs and Tax Instructions
1. International orders may go through customs clearance in the destination country/region. All relevant taxes and fees incurred during customs clearance, such as customs duties, value-added tax and consumption tax, are borne by the buyer, and we do not bear any customs taxes and fees.
2. The specific amount of customs taxes and fees is determined by the customs policy of the destination country/region. You can consult the local customs before placing an order to learn about the relevant regulations.
VIII. Legal Disclaimer
By accessing, browsing, and placing orders on our Shopify store, you agree to be bound by this legal disclaimer, as well as all applicable laws and regulations. This legal disclaimer is an integral part of our store policies and shall be read together with the shipping policy, privacy policy, and terms of service.
1. Product and Service Disclaimer: We make every effort to ensure that the product descriptions, images, prices, and other information displayed on the store are accurate and up-to-date, but we do not guarantee the absolute accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of such information. Minor differences between the actual product and the displayed information (such as color, size, and details) may exist due to factors such as shooting angles, display devices, and production batches, and shall not be deemed as a breach of contract.
